4 Ways to Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in Las Vegas

Erin go Bragh to you all! St. Paddy’s day is upon us in Las Vegas, and our party hardy city is ready to get dressed to the nines in green.

Here are some of the best activities you can engage in to celebrate this year’s St. Patrick’s day on Friday, March 17 courtesy of Henderson’s favorite local printer repair shop and the best place to refill ink cartridges.

1. Hit the Strip

Sure, the Strip may be expensive and full of tourists, but there are few crazier places to be than the Las Vegas Strip during St. Patrick’s day. Best of all, you are allowed to carry open containers along the sidewalks, making bar-hopping and trying everyone’s green beer that much easier.

The most happening places include O’Shea’s BLOQ party at the LINQ Hotel & Casino. This raucous celebration fills the LINQ Promenade and allows you to hit up several bars and restaurants in quick succession. You can enjoy the insanity of a parade of bagpipers, stilt-walkers, leprechaun impersonators, and live music, all accompanied by drink specials.

Other great places to be on St. Patrick’s Day include New York-New York’s Celtic Feis, the RÍ RÁ Bar at Mandalay Bay and the Plaza Hotel for their incredible green fireworks display.

2. Take Things a Little Quieter in Henderson, NV

Henderson still has many of the same great activities, drink specials and live music of the Strip, but with more locals and just a bit more self-control on display. Henderson hosts its annual St. Patrick’s Day parade a week early, but plenty of bars, restaurants and casinos will be eager to celebrate the day with you on March 17. Local haunts like the Gold Mine Tavern and Elixir help keep the atmosphere festive but without the hordes of tourists.

3. Party at Home

What better way to save money, gather with friends and discourage drinking and driving than throwing a party in your own home? Make it a potluck to have everyone contribute to the festivities while creating a decent, varied spread. You can also create some nifty St. Patrick’s Day decorations and yummy green treats with just a touch of DIY prowess.

Best of all, your party can be made family friendly by inviting over couples and their children so that kids and adults alike can enjoy St. Patrick’s Day together.

4. Print Out Your Own Attire — But Make Sure to Get a Printer Repair or Refill Ink Cartridges First!

You can avoid buying a St. Patrick’s Day outfit by buying a cheap blank shirt and then printing out an iron-on decal at home. This approach not only saves you money, but it lets you customize your St. Patrick’s Day uniform to express yourself however you want!

If you think your printer isn’t currently up to the task, you can get printer repair services and refill ink cartridges for your printer at Vegas ink and toner.

So go ahead and start planning your St. Patrick’s Day festivities, but remember to get home safe and to stay hydrated!
