How do I place an order?

How do I pay for my purchase?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MC, American Express, cash, checks, and ACH. For qualified customers, we also offer Net Terms.

Do you work with government agencies, schools, and non-profit?

Absolutely! We serve many agencies, including CCSD, USPS, USAF, and many more for many years. We gladly accept P-cards or Net30 terms.

We also work with numerous private and charter schools. If you'd like to receive your special education pricing, please email us at orders@vegasinkandtoner.com.

Non-profit organizations also qualify for a special pricing tier and a tax-exemption when applicable. Please call or email us for more details.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your warranty and return policy?

We are confident the quality of our products will meet, if not exceed, your expectations. All Original Brand products come with their manufacturer's warranty (usually 1-year). We can always help you with your warranty claim so you don't have to call the 1-800 number. All our generic products come with a lifetime warranty directly from us.

Any special order items, such as repair parts or non-stock items, are not returnable/refundable.

How is your generic brand different?

We sell mostly to businesses, so our priority is the highest quality and reliability at great savings. We hand-pick manufacturers for each model we sell to ensure they're the best possible generic option.

Do you recycle cartridges?

All cartridges we sell come with free recycling service. When we deliver your new order, we'll pick up your old, used cartridges for recycling.

Can I save money by buying Vegas Ink and Toner Brand products?

Yes! Typically, Vegas Ink and Toner brand inkjet and laser toner cartridges are priced 20% to 50% below original brand products. Typical savings will vary based on your printer model.

Will use of remanufactured or new compatible cartridges void my printer's manufacturer warranty?

No. The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act prohibits the printer manufacturer from voiding the warranty because you use a refilled or remanufactured cartridge. Most printer manufacturers advise against using generic brand products. They don’t want to lose you as a customer for their supplies sales!

Do you refill cartridges?

We do not refill any cartridges. There are enough affordable options that local refilling is no longer necessary. Ask us about the most affordable options that fit your budget by calling us at 702-850-7703. All our generic products come with a lifetime warranty and exceptional local support!
